I bought a brush set from jessupbeauty.com and they been good for my everyday makeup. The foundation brush blends really smooth, and the eye brushes grab the shadow nice without making a big mess or too much fallout. Few of the brushes was a little scratchy when I first used them, but after I washed them they felt better. For the price I’m happy with them, just not totally perfect so I’d give 4 stars

I placed my order thinking it would show up around the expected delivery date, but it never arrived. I’ve been waiting and checking for updates, but so far there’s still no package. Frustrating when you plan around a delivery and it just doesn’t show up.

My order showed up quickly, so that part was fine. But two of the items weren’t what I actually picked, which was frustrating. I emailed them about it and it did get sorted out eventually, but it took a bit longer than I expected. Just kind of annoying when you’re waiting on specific things

Umm, the box showed up a bit dented, which wasn’t great to see, but thankfully everything inside was totally fine.

I was hoping these brushes would feel a lot softer, but they ended up being scratchy on my skin. it kind of felt like the company put more effort into making them look nice and sell well than actually making them comfortable to use.

The menu also felt kind of messy on my phone, and the brush filters didn’t really work the way I expected. I kept having to go back and forth just to find basic things, though I guess the site probably works better for some people depending on the device.
Checkout gave me errors twice, so I ended up giving up. The products themselves might be totally fine, and I don’t want to be too harsh, but the website experience made it feel not worth the effort for me.

Tried returning my order and it turned into endless emails. They asked for photos, then went quiet for days. Refund took ages, and I still lost the shipping cost. Won’t order again.

I really wanted to like these brushes, and I keep wondering if I’m just being picky, but the handles don’t feel comfortable in my hand. After using them for a few minutes, they start feeling awkward to grip and kind of uncomfortable. I wash them often, and aside from a little shedding right at the beginning, they’re still in good shape. The handles feel sturdy too. They’re not perfect, but for the price, I’m happy with them.
